In the wake of our successful adoption fundraising garage sale, God continues to provide!
Exciting news...
I've been working with a jewelry designer in order to create a necklace to represent our adoption, and this is what we created...
It's a hand-stamped copper necklace with a silver cross and pearl.
We've ordered
10, and
we'll be selling them here, on our blog. Additionally, all of the proceeds will go toward the adoption! If you're interested in purchasing one of our necklaces, simply look to your
right and
enter your address and phone number below the picture of the necklace. Then,
click "buy now," and we'll mail it to you! Quantities are limited, so be sure to order one soon if you're interested.
The jewelry designer's name is Lora, and she sells her beautiful creations at her shop,
Eager Hands, on Etsy.com.
Click here to view Lora's shop.
What's more, is that Lora graciously offered to
donate 15% of all of her sales on Etsy during the month of
August to
our adoption!! What a blessing! We can't thank her enough!!! So, be sure to check out Lora's shop,
Eager Hands sometime in August. It's a great time to start thinking about
Christmas presents or, perhaps,
birthday presents for those special women in your life!!
Lora documented the creation of our adoption necklaces, so I thought I'd share it with you.
Enjoy!
It certainly takes "eager hands" to create such beauty out of copper sheet metal!
Thank you, Lora! You are very talented!
